FAQS

Durability depends on the quality of the paint and the condition of the façade. Using our high-performance primers and paints (acrylic or mineral), exterior paint can last between 8 to 15 years old. We provide guarantees on the work carried out and advise on the best product for the climatic conditions in the Algarve.

The Exterior Painting prevents surface water absorption and the formation of mould and algae, as we use paints with water-repellent and antifungal additives. However, if the moisture comes from structural or rising damp, the ideal solution may be prior structural repair or the application of Capoto (ETICS).

We work exclusively with high-quality paints and primers (e.g. CIN, Robbialac, Barbot), suitable for each surface. For interiors, we prioritise low-odour and highly washable products. For exteriors, we use water-, UV- and fungus-resistant paints.

Our team takes care of complete preparation: protection of floors and furniture, sanding, application of primers and treatment of cracks. We only ask that you remove valuable items and small decorative elements.

Our process is rigorous: 1. Inspection and Quotation; 2. Wash of the façade (pressure washing); 3. Repair and treatment of cracks/pathologies; 4. Application of Primary sealant; 5. Application of final coats of Exterior painting. We always ensure the protection of windows, doors, and floors.
